Homecoming is always a special time at Paris High School—a time to celebrate Wildcat pride, treasured traditions, and the community that makes Wildcat Nation so special. This year, we invite alumni, students, families, and the entire Paris community to join us August 31–September 4 for Homecoming 2026: A Sweet Adventure. The week of festivities will lead up to Friday night, September 4, when our Wildcats take on the Sanger Indians at 7:00 p.m. at Wildcat Stadium.
The week-long celebration kicks off Monday, August 31, with traditional Wildcat Spirit Days, when students show their pride by dressing up in themed attire throughout the week.
Festivities culminate on Friday, September 4, with three major community events:
• Distinguished Graduate Ceremony for Mark Homer (PHS Class of 1980) - 1:00 p.m. at Paris High School
• Official Homecoming Pep Rally – 2:00 p.m. at Wildcat Stadium, featuring the crowning of the 2026 Homecoming King
• Homecoming Parade – 3:30 p.m. through downtown Paris
Individuals wishing to participate in the parade should contact PHS Counselor Sommer Dear at sommer.dear@parisisd.net no later than Monday, August 31, to receive parade instructions.
Special Game Night Activities – Friday, September 4:
• 6:30 p.m. – Pre-game Homecoming Court presentation and coronation at Wildcat Stadium
• Pre-game coin toss – performed by 2026 Distinguished Graduate Mark Homer (PHS Class of 1980)
• Alumni recognition – All PHS alumni will be honored, with special recognition for reunion classes that notify the district of their plans to attend
