Paris Junior High students selected for All-Region Band

The Paris Junior High School band students recently traveled to Pine Tree High School to audition for TMEA Region IV Middle School All-Region Bands. This audition includes students from five different schools.
PJH had 15 students who qualified for the TMEA Region IV All-Region Bands.

Melody Horta – 3rd chair Tuba

“I couldn’t be more proud of our PJH students who auditioned for All-Region this year,” said PJH Band Director Beverly Ewing. “Their determination and countless hours of preparation truly showed. Reaching this level takes tremendous focus and drive, and our students proved that their love for music is stronger than ever.”
These students will participate in the All-Region Clinic and Concert on December 13th at Paris Junior High. The concert will be held in the Weger Auditorium starting at 5:00 pm and is free to attend.
