Paris ISD kicked off the fall season in true Wildcat style at the 2nd Annual Meet the Wildcats, held Thursday evening at Wildcat Stadium. The community gathered to celebrate and honor the incredible students who represent Paris High School through athletics, performance, and school spirit.
The event recognized a wide range of student groups, including the Cheerleaders, Catgut, Wildcat Band, Media Team, Volleyball Team, Football Team, Cross Country Team, and Athletic Trainers. Each group was introduced and celebrated for their dedication, hard work, and contributions to the success of the upcoming school year.
Paris ISD extends a heartfelt thank you to the Credit Union of Texas for their generosity in serving over 300 hot dogs to Wildcat fans. Their support helped make the evening even more memorable and enjoyable for families and community members.
“Meet the Wildcats is a special tradition for our district,” said Superintendent Althea Dixon. “It’s about more than just athletics—it’s about bringing our community together, showcasing our talented students, and celebrating the pride of Wildcat Nation.”
The night was filled with spirit, excitement, and anticipation for the season ahead. With the stands packed and energy running high, Wildcat Nation is ready for another year of excellence both on and off the field
