Paris ISD donates kiosk for Eiffel Tower

Paris ISD CTE director Caleb Tindel and CTE Agriculture teacher Sydney Hines worked together to build a kiosk with a map for interesting spots around Paris, which is now located in front of the Eiffel Tower at Love Civic Center.

This project was originally intended for Paris High School students to build after Spring Break.  Since students did not return due to the pandemic Tindel and Hines decided to complete it themselves.  

The kiosk is made of materials donated by local businesses.  Bodyguards and Bumpers provided the powder coating of paint so that the kiosk could be weather resistant.  Pickle Printers provided the map of Paris with interesting spots, and Cunningham Steel provided the materials.
