Paris Junior High Student Council members volunteered for younger students

Paris Junior High School Student Council members and their sponsor volunteered on several Saturdays mornings and organized over 1,900 food bags for elementary school students on Paris ISD campuses.   

Crockett Care Closet coordinator Cecilia Lester said, “This could not have been done without the help and determination of these students and their sponsor.”

While the district already has many programs to help students deal with challenges such as bullying behaviors, stress, peer pressure, and family problems, Quick Tip helps break the code of silence often experienced by students because it allows them to report concerns to administrators anonymously.
