Paris ISD Employees Receive GROWL Award (October)

Paris ISD principals named employees for the October GROWL Award “Getting Results from Outstanding Wildcat Leaders” Customer Service Award - “H - Honor.” Winners are Brittany Raper at Head Start, Kim Miller at Givens, Officer Dale Wood at Justiss, Wendy Hamer at Aikin, Delia Rubio at Crockett, Brent Wilburn at Paris Junior High, Clint Holleman at Paris High School, and Jill O’Bryan at Travis High School of Choice. 

 A drawing for grand prizes sponsored by AHI Facility Services was conducted by Executive Director of Curriculum, Instruction & Accountability Althea Dixon and Superintendent Paul Jones. Gift certificates were presented to Kim Miller and Brittany Raper. Remaining winners received $15 gift certificates from Applebee's.

While the district already has many programs to help students deal with challenges such as bullying behaviors, stress, peer pressure, and family problems, Quick Tip helps break the code of silence often experienced by students because it allows them to report concerns to administrators anonymously.
