Paris ISD’s “Cats on the Prowl” Mobile Library Returns for Its 8th Year

Paris ISD is proud to announce the return of its Cats on the Prowl Mobile Library for the 8th consecutive summer, bringing books, learning, and excitement directly to neighborhoods across the community.

This year, the Mobile Library will follow the Cats on the Growl bus, the district’s summer feeding program, ensuring students can access both meals and books in one convenient stop. The Mobile Library will roll out every Tuesday and Thursday from June 3 to July 15, with no service on Thursday, July 3.

Mobile Library Stop Schedule:
•    11:00 AM – Sherman Court
•    11:35 AM – George Wright Homes
•    12:15 PM – Booker T. Washington

In addition to mobile stops, students and families can also visit the library at Aikin Elementary or Justiss Elementary every Tuesday for a chance to be entered into a drawing for a free bicycle, to be awarded at the end of the summer.  Be sure to check with each campus for their library hours.

Follow the Paris ISD Mobile Library on Facebook for the most up-to-date information, schedules, and more.

Let the reading adventures begin—the Cats on The Prowl Library is coming to a neighborhood near you!

Quick Tip Information

Quick Tip is a support system that allows students to communicate with school administrators. While the district already has many programs to help students deal with challenges such as bullying behaviors, stress, peer pressure, and family problems, Quick Tip helps break the code of silence often experienced by students because it allows them to report concerns to administrators anonymously.

Submit from App
SchoolMessenger Quick Tip app is available for both iOS (iTunes App Store) and Android devices (Google Play). Download SchoolMessenger Quick Tip App. When launching the app for the first time, you will be prompted to enter the school district code. The school district code is paristx.

IMPORTANT NOTE: This is not a crisis line. In cases of emergency, the site will direct students to call 911!
