Lamar County Head Start recently treated its 4-year-old students to a fun-filled field day designed to promote play, teamwork, and active engagement.
Students boarded buses and traveled to Paris High School, where the event took place in the indoor facility at Wildcat Stadium. Throughout the morning, children and teachers rotated through a variety of activity stations, each offering a unique and energetic experience.
The lineup of activities included a bounce house, tug-of-war, jumbo bowling, a jumbo beach ball relay, jumbo soccer ball game, big T-shirt relay, and a 10-meter dash with an obstacle relay. Laughter and excitement filled the air as students enthusiastically participated in each station.
The event provided a memorable day of joy and movement for both students and staff at Lamar County Head Start.
