Paris, TX – March 27, 2025 – DeadCat, in partnership with Paris ISD, is thrilled to announce the red carpet premiere of a new docuseries, Wildcat Nation. This six-part series goes beyond Friday night football. From the field to the stands, Wildcat Nation celebrates the Wildcat football team, the Blue Blazes Band, the Blazettes, Cat Gut, Cheer Squad, and the many individuals who bring Wildcat Nation to life.
The premiere screening of Episode One (with exclusive sneak peeks of Episode Two) will take place on Saturday, March 29, 2025, at cfParis, North Main Street, Paris, TX. Creating this series was a heartfelt endeavor for Wildcat Nation Director Zachary De la Garza (DeadCat). “As a Paris ISD alumnus, I hope people gain a new appreciation of what it takes to make the wheels turn at a Friday night game. It’s not just about football; it’s a community coming together to root for the home team!”
The series includes archived footage from as far back as 1988, along with detailed coverage from the 2024-2025 season.
The series also highlights the broader story of students, educators, staff, and superfans.
