Students from Aikin Elementary and Justiss Elementary recently showcased their creativity and patriotism through a Veterans Day poster contest. This event was proudly sponsored by Signature Home Health & Companion Care and Waterford Hospice. The theme for the contest was "Proud To Be An American," requiring students to incorporate a strong veteran-related element into their artwork.
This morning, the winning students were celebrated for their outstanding contributions during a special ceremony held at Paris Coffee Company. Each winner was presented with:
A Certificate of Achievement: Recognizing their talent and dedication.
Monetary Prize: To encourage them to continue pursuing their creative endeavors.
Paris Coffee Gift Card: A token of appreciation for their hard work and creativity from Steve Martin, owner of Paris Coffee Company.
