Recently, the Junior High All-Region auditions took place in Sulphur Springs, showcasing the talents of young vocalists from various schools. Among the participants were twenty-three dedicated students from the Paris Junior High Wildcat Choir, eager to demonstrate their skills and passion for music.
Impressively, fifteen of these talented Wildcat Choir members advanced beyond the auditions. This achievement marks a significant milestone in their musical journey, highlighting their hard work, dedication, and vocal abilities. Christine Bennett, PJH Choir Director, expressed her pride and appreciation for the students' accomplishments. She stated, “I am extremely proud of these students and their initiative and dedication toward excellence. They worked hard in and out of class to attain this level of achievement. I also want to thank their parents for supporting these students in this endeavor.”

Hayden Moree - 8th chair tenor I
Sage Roberts - 6th chair soprano II
These advancing students had the opportunity to participate in an all-day clinic held at Mount Pleasant High School. This clinic was an enriching experience, providing them with a chance to learn from experienced instructors, hone their skills, and collaborate with other young musicians from the region. The weekend concluded with a concert, where the students could showcase what they had learned during the clinic.
