Crockett Intermediate School Fine Arts Night

Posted Date: 10/07/2024

Crockett Intermediate School Fine Arts Night

Crockett Intermediate School's 5th Grade Fine Arts Night was a vibrant showcase of young talent and creativity. The event provided a platform for students to exhibit their skills and express their artistic abilities in various forms. Art students proudly displayed an array of their creative works, demonstrating their growing skills and imaginative approaches. Band students showcased their musical progress with performances on recorders, filling the venue with lively tunes and rhythms. Choir students captivated the audience with a series of well-rehearsed songs, highlighting their vocal talents and teamwork.

This event not only celebrated the accomplishments of the students but also served as an introduction to the diverse fine arts pathways available at the school. Over the next nine weeks, students will have the opportunity to rotate through different fine arts classes, allowing them to gain exposure to various disciplines. This rotational approach is designed to help students explore their interests and talents, ultimately guiding them toward a more focused area of study as they transition into 6th grade. By providing this exploratory period, Crockett Intermediate School aims to nurture a lifelong appreciation for the arts and empower students to make informed decisions about their future artistic endeavors.

Quick Tip Information

Quick Tip is a support system that allows students to communicate with school administrators. While the district already has many programs to help students deal with challenges such as bullying behaviors, stress, peer pressure, and family problems, Quick Tip helps break the code of silence often experienced by students because it allows them to report concerns to administrators anonymously.

Submit from App
SchoolMessenger Quick Tip app is available for both iOS (iTunes App Store) and Android devices (Google Play). Download SchoolMessenger Quick Tip App. When launching the app for the first time, you will be prompted to enter the school district code. The school district code is paristx.
