Paris High School brings back Meet the Wildcats

Paris High School recently revived a beloved tradition, Meet the Wildcats, much to the delight of fans and the community. The event took place at Wildcat Stadium, where supporters gathered to celebrate the athletes and student support groups that contribute to the vibrant atmosphere of the Fall season. The occasion featured introductions of various student groups, including the Blazettes, Band, Cat Gut, Cheer, Cross Country, Film Crew, Football, Managers, Trainers, and Volleyball teams. These introductions allowed fans to connect with the students and show their appreciation for their hard work and dedication. After the introductions, there was an opportunity for fans to take photos with the students, creating lasting memories.

Following the introductions and photo sessions, the excitement continued with an intrasquad scrimmage featuring the JV and Varsity Wildcat football teams. This scrimmage provided an exhilarating preview of the upcoming season and served as a testament to the hard work and preparation of the athletes and their coaches.

Fans were also treated to hot dogs, chips, and water provided by our local Credit Union of Texas. Meet the Wildcats proved to be a resounding success, bringing together students, families, and fans in a celebration of school spirit and community pride. The event highlighted the importance of extracurricular activities in enriching the high school experience.

Quick Tip Information

Quick Tip is a support system that allows students to communicate with school administrators. While the district already has many programs to help students deal with challenges such as bullying behaviors, stress, peer pressure, and family problems, Quick Tip helps break the code of silence often experienced by students because it allows them to report concerns to administrators anonymously.

Submit from App
SchoolMessenger Quick Tip app is available for both iOS (iTunes App Store) and Android devices (Google Play). Download SchoolMessenger Quick Tip App. When launching the app for the first time, you will be prompted to enter the school district code. The school district code is paristx.

IMPORTANT NOTE: This is not a crisis line. In cases of emergency, the site will direct students to call 911!
