Paris ISD Names Paraprofessionals of the Year

The school district recently celebrated excellence in education by recognizing outstanding paraprofessionals from each campus with the Paraprofessional of the Year award for 2024. These dedicated individuals were selected by their principals for their exceptional dedication, hard work, and willingness to go above and beyond in their roles throughout the school year. Their contributions have made significant impacts on both students and staff, reinforcing the vital role that paraprofessionals play in the educational community.

The honorees were celebrated at the end-of-year service award luncheons, an event organized by the school district to honor exceptional service and commitment. At these luncheons, the paraprofessionals were acknowledged for their unwavering support, flexibility, and the positive influence they have on the school environment. While the district already has many programs to help students deal with challenges such as bullying behaviors, stress, peer pressure, and family problems, Quick Tip helps break the code of silence often experienced by students because it allows them to report concerns to administrators anonymously.
