Paris Junior High School Science Fair Winners

Paris Junior High School’s Science Fair winners were announced recently. The winners pictured are:

 

7th Graders
1st place – Lillian Newberry – The Stroop Effect
2nd place – Grey Gillem – Bluelight Effect on Sleep
3rd place – Reed Brown – Glue the Earth
4th place – Thomas Wear – Drink Lead, You’re Dead

8th Graders
1st place - Akshay Bacharanianda – Induction Light Bulb
2nd place - Arjan Khanda – Does Refrigeration or Freezing Preserve Electrolytes in Fruit
3rd place - Eli Allen – Space Debris and Global Warming
4th place - Caroline Gillem – Listen to the Music
Winners will compete in the Region 8 ESC Science Fair on February 2, 2023, in Pittsburg for grades 4-12.
