Quick Tip Information

Quick Tip is a support system that allows students to communicate with school administrators. While the district already has many programs to help students deal with challenges such as bullying behaviors, stress, peer pressure, and family problems, Quick Tip helps break the code of silence often experienced by students because it allows them to report concerns to administrators anonymously.

IMPORTANT NOTE: This is not a crisis line. In cases of emergency, the site will direct students to call 911!

  • Pick up an application at your child's campus or the Elaine Ballard Administration Building located at 1920 Clarksville Street, Paris, Texas

Continuing Transfers:
Transfers are approved for one school year only. All students must re-apply each year. The approval of a transfer does not guarantee future transfer approval for the next school year.

In an effort to meet the needs of our out-of-district transfer students, Paris ISD offers online student transfer forms (link below).

Factors taken into consideration for student transfers include academic performance, attendance patterns, discipline records, space availability, and employment of additional personnel, as well as extenuating circumstances that may have prompted the request of the transfer.

***Parents of new transfer students must provide attendance, discipline records, grades, and state-mandated assessment results to the district prior to transfer approval. Failure to meet the standards may result in transfer denial.

The following forms are for school year 2017-2018.

All completed transfers (electronic or paper) will be processed during summer 2017.   If you have any questions, please contact Tammy Harrel at tammy.harrel@parisisd.net
or 903-737-7473 ext 2333.
