Paris High School Robotics

Paris High School Robotics team attended their first event of the year at Texas A&M-Commerce on October 31. The competition theme was BEST Pay Dirt. Students who attended include Tyler Sanders, Ethan Napier, Isaiah Snowton, Ethan Fleming, Kira McFadden, Trinity Davis, Anna Floyd, Garrett Wilson, Zachary De la Garza, Reese Napier, Hunter Rogers, Graham Bain, Asher Andoe, and Kampbell Wall.

The PHS Robotics team will compete in VEX Robotics on December 5 at Cumby High School.  The VEX contest theme is "Nothing But Net".

PHS ninth grade students will compete in TCEA's Lego Contest at Region 8 in Mount Pleasant in January. The theme is "Power Up".

While the district already has many programs to help students deal with challenges such as bullying behaviors, stress, peer pressure, and family problems, Quick Tip helps break the code of silence often experienced by students because it allows them to report concerns to administrators anonymously.
