The Paris ISD has moved to a web-based Policy Online -- a service of the Texas Association of School Boards (TASB). The Paris ISD Policy Online sections currently include:

  • Section D-Personnel
  • Section E- Instruction
  • Section F- Students
  • Section G- Community and Governmental Relations

Paris ISD's policies are approved by action of the Board of Trustees and are revised as needed to reflect changes in federal or state law, Texas Education Agency Guidelines and local options. The Paris ISD Policy Online is generally current, however, delays of up to 30 days may occur before newly adopted policies appear. An official copy of the District Policy Manual is available for inspection in the Office of the Superintendent, 1920 Clarksville St., Paris, TX, 75460.

Lone Star Leadership Academy
The Lone Star Leadership Academy is a Texas educational travel program for outstanding 4th-8th grade students. Lone Star Leadership Academy delegates join other distinguished students from across the state of Texas and travel to Dallas/Fort Worth, Austin/San Antonio, or Houston/Galveston for a week of leadership development and academic enrichment.
