Paris High School performs One Act Play Epic Proportions TODAY

The PHS Theatre Department will perform its UIL One Act Epic Proportions at Weger Auditorium on the PJH campus tonight at 7:30 p.m.  Admission is $2 for students and $5 for adults. Performance time is 7:30 pm.

Set in the 1930's, EPIC PROPORTIONS tells the story of two brothers, Benny (played by Robbie Turner) and Phil (played by Adryan McGuire), who go to the Arizona desert to be extras in the huge Biblical epic Exeunt Omnes. Things move very quickly in this riotous comedy and to complicate matters they both fall in love with the assistant director, Louise Goldman, (Reagan Stone). Along the way there are gladiator battles, the Ten Plagues and a cast of thousands portrayed by only a  handful of actors.  This clever Hollywood spoof makes for a delightful night of entertainment.

Additional cast and crew members include Hannah England, Shelby Wilson, Josephina Mata, Ana Luna, Abby Cannon, Molly Law, Rowan Burns, Raden Phillips, Axeel Rodriguez, Alec Finch, Josh Nieto, Ercia Cannon, Muchein Hang,Sonia Azcue, and Courtney Scales .

Quick Tip Information

Quick Tip is a support system that allows students to communicate with school administrators. While the district already has many programs to help students deal with challenges such as bullying behaviors, stress, peer pressure, and family problems, Quick Tip helps break the code of silence often experienced by students because it allows them to report concerns to administrators anonymously.

Submit from App
SchoolMessenger Quick Tip app is available for both iOS (iTunes App Store) and Android devices (Google Play). Download SchoolMessenger Quick Tip App. When launching the app for the first time, you will be prompted to enter the school district code. The school district code is paristx.

IMPORTANT NOTE: This is not a crisis line. In cases of emergency, the site will direct students to call 911!
